What is a Health Coach?

What do you value most from your well-being? We will use this vision to motivate you to and get closer to your specific aims.

As your Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will be here to keep you accountable of your actions without interfering with what you consider is truly good for you. We will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback.

We can do it

I work with my clients to help them make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and spirituality.

I will personally and carefully guide you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

My Approach: No one diet works for everyone

We’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition together and explore what really works for YOU.

As we work together you will get to practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. We will look at all the areas in your life you are willing to share with me and see how they interconnect and affect each other resulting in your overall health.

You will have the chance to reconnect with your body and its needs. We will work on your self-awareness so that you become able to make the best decision for yourself in any given time and circumstance.

I like to coach my clients to explore little effective improvements and implement them gradually during our work together. As these pieces of change accumulate, they create a much larger impact than my clients originally anticipated. We work on the specifics points they want to improve and always within the circumstances of their unique situation.

No restrictive diets, no lists of good and bad foods.

We will:
